Horse Riding Routes

Go horse riding in Veneto and follow routes past traditional shepherds’ huts through the mountain pastures of the Prealps.

It is an enchanting experience to ride up to the shepherds’ huts of Asiago and Monte Grappa, follow the trail up to the huts on Monte Cesen from Pianezze, or take a trip up to the Podestaria mountain hut in Lessinia. These are just a few of the shepherds’ huts and mountain huts that are waiting to be discovered along the Prealp Path.
The network of incredible horse riding trails encompasses all of the different parts of the Prealps.
Veneto is a wonderful place for an adventure on horseback. Gallop through boundless, bewitching natural environments. There are countless horse riding routes in and around Marcesina, Asiago, Lake Garda and the Piccole Dolomiti (Little Dolomites).
It is a unique way to travel and discover the authentic marvels all along the Prealp Path.

No matter how you choose to travel, when you are on the Prealp Path you never stop discovering sites from the First World War and other periods in history, not to mention art, traditions, food and wine, all in a unique natural environment.

There are hiking routes between Lake Garda and Cansiglio, horse riding trails starting on Monte Baldo and the Piccole Dolomiti (Little Dolomites), and mountain bike tracks, including cross country options. As well as numerous routes and trails, on the Prealp Path you can get to know the local area and its people by taking part in unique activities.
